Job Title: Sales Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain
Location: Sector 49, Gurugram
Salary: Freshers: ₹30,000 CTC/Month–₹40,000 CTC/Month; Relevant experience: Hike on previous salary
Shift: US Shift

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer logistics and supply chain requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Logistics Sales, Freight Brokerage, Transportation, or Supply Chain Services.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
