Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice (VIVINT)
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹35,000 CTC/month
Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate
Transport: Both-side cab facility

The role involves handling international customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls for the VIVINT process and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
• Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• International voice/customer support experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
