Recruiter Data
Names, email, phone, company details, and encrypted login credentials.
Candidate Data
Resumes, interview notes, and AI-generated evaluations/scores.
Technical Data
IP addresses, device info, cookies, and system logs.
04 Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed strictly to:
- Provide ATS & CRM services.
- AI-assisted resume evaluation.
- Maintain platform security.
- Provide customer support.

Candidate data is processed based on consent and legitimate hiring purpose. Clients are responsible for obtaining candidate consent. By accessing the platform, users provide consent subject to applicable laws.
