Before VHiMS was software, recruitment was the work.
Running a recruitment agency meant seeing the same challenges every day — endless CVs, scattered information, repetitive tasks, and too much time spent managing the process instead of focusing on candidates and clients.
The more we worked with existing recruitment tools, the clearer the gap became.
