These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of VHiMS (Visionary Hire Infera Metrix System), a software platform owned and operated by VisionaryHire LLP, India.
By accessing or using VHiMS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
02 Account Responsibility
Accuracy
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Security
Login credentials must be kept confidential by the user at all times.
Misuse
Account sharing or misuse may result in immediate account suspension.
03 Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Scrape, resell, or misuse platform data.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Violate applicable employment or data protection laws.
04 Subscriptions & Payments
- Access is provided as per the subscribed plan.
- Fees are non-refundable for partial usage unless otherwise agreed.
- Pricing or plans may change with prior notice.
05 AI Disclaimer
AI-generated insights, scores, and recommendations are assistive only.
Final hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.
06 Availability & Downtime
VHiMS targets high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to:
Maintenance
Planned system updates and maintenance.
Dependencies
Third-party service or API dependencies.
Force Majeure
Factors beyond reasonable control.
07 Data Ownership
Client Ownership
Clients retain ownership of all data uploaded to the platform.
Processing Role
VHiMS processes data only to deliver the contracted service.
08 Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Policy violations
- Security risks
- Misuse of service
09 Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to one month of subscription fees.
VHiMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
